1. Welcome to Presnt

Presnt (“we,” “us”) helps you remember occasions and find gift ideas for the people you care about. By creating an account or using the app at pre-sent.app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Presnt.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Presnt.

3. What Presnt does

Presnt suggests gift ideas using AI and real-time web search, and shows prices and links from third-party retailers. We don't sell those products and aren't responsible for them — prices, availability, and the purchase itself are between you and the retailer. Some links may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

4. Free and Premium plans

The free plan includes a limited number of AI searches and people in your circle. Premium is a paid subscription billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from Settings, and you'll keep Premium until the end of the billing period. Prices may change with notice.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Presnt — no abusing the AI to run up costs, scraping, reselling access, uploading unlawful content, or trying to break or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Your content

Details you add about yourself and people in your circle stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them to provide the service (e.g. to generate gift ideas). Don't add information about other people that you don't have the right to share.

7. Disclaimers

Presnt is provided “as is.” Gift suggestions are recommendations, not guarantees — we can't promise a recipient will love every pick, or that prices and stock are always accurate. We're not liable for purchases you make through third-party retailers.

8. Changes & contact
